Freezing registration, terms and conditions

A student may apply to freeze their registration for a maximum 4 academic semesters (max. 2 at a time).
The requested documents for the evaluation process:

• An official document validating the reason for absence (medical report/ other particular justification, such as death or critical illness in the immediate family, etc.)
• Entry and Exit Report

Application to freeze the registration with required documents must be submitted to the International Student Office via email, to: [email protected]

The application evaluation results will be finalised within 1-2 weeks.
